How to get started with Niche Marketing
If you are wanting to learn how to get started with Niche Marketing, there really is no simple answer. There are numerous ways to tell you how to get started, but some of them will work, most won’t.
From what I know and have read, and practiced, here is the basic summary that this site will explore as it relates to niche marketing.
First, you need to do some research as to what keywords are in demand. There are numerous tools out there to do this, but I find that keyword tracker is a great one for free. With the keyword search, you need to have an idea of what you are searching for, so have some ideas written down.
Secondly, you will need to check for affiliate programs for your keywords that you have researched. This is a rather simple google trick to do, but we will cover it more in depth in a later article.
Third, you will want to create a niche blogging site in order to promote your product. You will want to sign up for affiliate programs, adsense and other ways to monetize your blog. You have to remember that you don’t want to put to much on your site, as you could loose clicks due to “ad blindness” of your visitors.
Lastly, you will want to promote the hell out of your blog. Backlinks are critical in this area. Finding other blogs in your niche area and leaving comments on them are a good way, only if they “do follow”. Another method is to create short articles and submit them to the article sites. Plus, you can also bookmark your site and post with lots of the social bookmarking sites to help promote them.
We will cover lots more of this in a series that I am working on. I am compiling the best information from lots of sources and trials and errors on my part to help improve your success for you.
